Jean M. Bressler, 74,  of  New Holland, passed away Thursday at the Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Muir, July 12, 1935 a daughter of Pearl I. Lentz Bixler, Muir and the late John W. Bixler.

Jean operated a in house daycare from her home in Media for 43 years before retiring to New Holland.

She was a member of Trintiy Lutheran Church, New Holland.

She loved spending time with her family, cooking and traveling cross country with her husband.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Clair L. to whom she was married 54 years.  Two sons, Thomas L. Bressler, Virginia and Timothy S. Bressler and his wife Dawn, Media.   4 Grandchildren, Justin, Erin, Ashton and Rachel.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc. Tower City with Rev. Jeffrey Pretz.   Burial will be in the Methodist Cemetery, Muir.   Viewing will be from 10 -11 am at the chapel.   Memorial contribuations in her name should be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 E. Main Street, New Holland PA 17557.
