Dorothy I. Joseph, 83, formerly of Tower City, passed away Friday at the Tremont Health and Rehab.

Born in Tower City, March, 15, 1926 a daughter of the late Arthur J. and Bessie I. Antes Hoffman.

Dot was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and the church choir.  She was also a member of the Williams Valley Community Choir  and Women of  Moose, Tower City where she was a former officer.

In addition to her parents she was pre-deceased by her husband, Clair, 1981, a daughter Debbie, 2002, two sisters, Lorraine Bopp and Kathryn Fitzpatrick, two brothers, Arthur and William Hoffman.

Surviving are son, Clair L. Joseph and his wife Debbie, Millersburg, one daughter, Elizabeth A. Ruth and her husband Paul, Tower City.  One sister, Ida Mae Whitcomb, Tower City.   Three Grandchildren, Michael Ruth  and Aaron and Jason Stine.   5 Great Grandchildren.  Nieces and Nephews

Funeral  services will be held Tuesday, January 19th  at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc. Tower City with Rev. Natalya Cherry. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Orwin.  Viewing will be from 10-11 am at the chapel.
