Thelma "Tillie" Shadle, 99, of Center Street, Wiconisco,  passed away Friday at the Schuylkill Medical Center-South, Pottsville.

Born in Williamstown, February 10, 1911, a daughter of the late Charles and Molly Fromme Rowe.

She was a retired seamstress from the former Lebro Shirt Factory, Lykens.

Tillie was of the Lutheran faith and a social member of the Williamstown American Legion.

In addition to her parents she was pre-deceased by her husband, Elwood "Jim" Shadle, 1981; two brothers, Elwood and John Rowe.

Surviving are her daughter, Patricia Hand and her husband Dennis, Williamstown; 6 Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren; 6 Great Great Grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 13th at 10:00 am from the Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Wiconisco with Pastor Annette Shutt. There will be no viewing or visitation.  In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the Tremont Health and Rehab Activity Fund, 44 Donaldson Road, Tremont PA 17981.
