Nellie M. Snyder, 80, of Wiconisco, passed away Thursday morning at the Tremont Health and Rehab. Center.

Born in Wiconisco, July 26, 1930, a daughter of the late Roy and Katie Tschopp Foster.

Nellie retired from the garment industry, and was also a teachers aide at the Miracle Revival School, Lykens.

She was a member of the Miracle Revival Church, Lykens.

She enjoyed crocheting afghans and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was pre-deceased by her husband, Robert, 1989; a daughter, Christine Snyder a brother, Roy Edward Foster and a sister Joyce Misylan and a great granddaugther.

Surviving are her three sons, Robert L. Snyder and his wife Donna, Tower City; Richard P. Snyder and his wife Cynthia, Millersburg and Allen L. Snyder and his wife Joan, Wiconisco; four sisters, Shirley Leshko, Wiconisco; Bessie McNeal, Williamstown; Hope Mace, Elizabethville and Esther Machamer, Valley View; two brothers, Joseph Foster, Orwin and Paul Foster, Wiconisco.  6 Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren.  Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 2nd at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc. Tower City.  Burial will be in the Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Wiconisco.  Viewing will be from 10-11 am at the chapel.  In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 3544 N.
