Betty M. "Doots" Malick, 93, of Williamstown, passed away Saturday evening at the Manor of the Susquehanna Village, Millersburg.

Born in Williamstown, June 1, 1922, a daughter of the late Amelia Watkins.

Doots was retired from the Williams Valley School District Cafeteria.

She was of the Protestant faith and a member of the Williamstown American Legion.

Doots enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She will be remembered for always willing to help someone and fundraising for various committees.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert W. Malick, 1973 and her son, Robert J. Malick, April 2, 2015.

Surviving are her daughter-in-law, Shirley Malick, Williamstown; daughter, Patricia Ferron, Wiconisco; four grandsons, Robert and Michael Malick; Ken and Steven Ferron; five great grandchildren, Andrew, Quinn, Stella, McKenna and Steven.  Two brothers, Ronald Watkins, Harrisburg; Donald Watkins, New Jersey.  Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 16th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City with Rev. Nathan Minnich. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown.  Viewing will be from 10-11 at the  chapel.  Memorial donations in Doot's name should be made to the Williamstown American Legion, 123 W.
