In the past 5 months, I have sent you so many cards and letters...this is one that I never thought I would be sending you. From the moment I met you..I knew how precious you were....your smile melted my heart and I knew you and Frankie would be connected forever. You were and are, brothers as you both always said, and that will never change. This is a tough loss for us so we can only begin to understand how hard this must be for the family and most importantly his young daughter, Nomi. Even though lately I haven't been in close contact with him, he's prominately fixed in some of my greatest memories from throughout the later years of high school and our time spent serving in the Coast Guard. I will never forget how he helped me during my wedding, serving as best man. I could only imagine the inconvenience, but he never wavered, bringing his personality to help make it an unforgettable evening for Casey and myself. Thinking about some of those memories brings a smile to face even to this day, I only wish we had more time to reminisce.
