Ceylon D. Minnich

Ceylon D. "Dave" Minnich, 69, of Williamstown, passed away Thursday at the Harrisburg Hospital.

Born in Lykens, April 12, 1945, a son of the late Ceylon J. and Miriam Pinkerton Minnich.

He was Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Dave retired from Dayton Superior, Tremont.

He was a member of the teamsters union and the Williamstown American Legion.

Dave enjoyed spending time with his family, the outdoors, hunting, and Eagles and Penn State Football.

He was predeceased by a sister, Rita Snyder, brother Jack Minnich and a grandson, Scott Null III.

Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Donna L. Davis Minnich; three daughters, Lisa A. Keim and her husband Jesse, Tower City, Dawn M. Brewster and her husband Tim, Needham, MA and Ann M. Null, Williamstown.  Three sisters, Judy Zimmerman and Lynn Aukstakalnis, both of Williamstown; Dawn Russelavage, Tower City; one brother, Mike Minnich, Curtin.  Five granddaughters he adored, Celia Patel, Chloe and Jenny Keim; Reese and Kailei Brewster.  Nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 20th at 11 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City.  Burial with military honors will be in St. John's Cemetery, Berrysburg.   Viewing will be from 10-11 at the chapel.  In lieu of flowers donations should be made to Williamstown EMS.
