Dorothy M. Catherman, 89, of Pottsville Street, Pine Grove, passed away Wednesday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South.
Born in Lock Haven, October 18, 1925, a daughter of the late Sylvester and Bertha Cottle Kennelley.
Dorothy was a retired CNA at the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond A. 1994; a grandson Raymond Iaconelli; a sister Florence Cook and a brother William Kennelley.
She was of the Protestant Faith; Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially family picnics; she was an avid Bingo player at the Pine Grove Hose Hook and Ladder.
Surviving are her three children, Ella Mae Shuey; Michael Catherman and MaryJane Bair and her husband Gary all of Pine Grove. Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren. Nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 6th at 11 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Viewing will be from 10-11 at the chapel.
