John J. Kryston, 91, of Muir, passed away Friday, June 3rd at the Lebanon VA Medical Center.
 
Born in Forestville, April 6, 1925, a son of the late Walter and Agnes Swalek Kryston.
 
John was Navy veteran of W.W. II
 
John retired from the Commonwealth of PA, Department of PEMA, based out of Ft. Indiantown Gap.
 
He was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ and the Williamstown American Legion.
 
Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Beth L. Troutman Kryston; a daughter, Candice L. Smith and her husband Karl, North Carolina; a son, Dr. John Kryston and his wife, Jill of Shavertown; one sister, Helen McCoach, Lewistown; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren;  Nieces and Nephews.
 
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev.
