Joyce C. Rabuck Schaeffer, 76, of Nottingham, passed away Tuesday evening at her home with her family by her side.

Born in Clarks Valley, July 28, 1940, a daughter of the late Gurney and Beatrice Fetterhoff Rabuck.

Joyce's entire life revolved her family, they meant the world to her.

She was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Clifford, July 4, 2001; two sons, Clifford "Buddy" and Perry A. Schaeffer; a sister, Bertha Weaver; four brothers, Lloyd, William, James and Donald Rabuck.

Surviving are her five daughters, Juanita Eckman (Michael), Drumore; Gloria Appel (Douglas), Holtwood; Judy Reese (George), New Providence; Gail Shaffer (Ronald), Quarryville and Karen Woods, (Raymond), Nottingham; 11 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.  Two sisters, Edith Rabuck, Tower City and Doris Wetzel, Ashland; a brother Gurney "Skip" Rabuck, Williamstown.  Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 13th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc. Tower City.  Burial will be in the St. Peter's Cemetery, Orwin.  Viewing will be from 10-11 at the chapel. To sign the guest book visit www.dimonfuneralhome.com
