Linda K. Hinds, 63, of Tower City, passed away Saturday at the Harrisburg Hospital.

Born in Harrisburg, July 7, 1954, a daughter of the late Lois M. Walkinshaw.

Linda was a 1972 graduate of Williams Valley High School.   She retired after 32 years of service with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.

She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and its' Women's Society, Tower City.

She enjoyed cooking, doing crafts, watching TV and her two dogs, Casey and Tereny.

Surviving are her husband, Alden W. Hinds;  sister, Frances Walkinshaw, Tower City; three daughters, Elaine Hinds, Lebanon, Alyson Judy, Duncannon and Kelly Maxwell.  Seven grandchildren,  Seven Great Grandchildren. Three aunts, Barb Stark, Janice and Mae Walkinshaw.  

Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 26th at 10:00 am from the  Williamstown Methodist Cemetery with Pastor Annette Shutt. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Christ United Methodist Church, P.O. Box F, Tower City, PA 17980 or Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, P.O. Box 332, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
