Madoline Claire Laing, 71, of Lykens, passed away Sunday morning at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
Born in Harrisburg, June 28, 1946, a daughter of the late Samuel and Flora Beavens Klinger.
Madoline was a graduate of the former Wiconisco High School. She was also a graduate of the first class from Harrisburg Area Community College.
She retired as a Fiscal Technician from the Dauphin County Children and Youth, prior to that she worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue.
She was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, Lykens.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Douglas Klinger, 2015.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Donald L. Laing, Jr.; one sister, Linda Feltmate (Douglas), Wiconisco; one brother, Samuel "Russ" Klinger, Millersburg; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Laing Kosier, Lykens and Brenda Shoffler Klinger, Millersburg. Several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Saturday, February 3rd at 10 am from Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, Lykens with Rev. Michael Opoki as celebrant. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Wiconisco. Viewing will be from 9-10 am at the church.
