Mary A. Moyer, 64, of Dad Burnhams Road, Pine Grove, passed away Friday morning at Spring Creek Rehabilitation Center, Harrisburg.

Mary fought courageously from injuries sustained in a devastating house fire May 15th, and is now at peace from all pain and suffering.

Born in Pine Grove, January 9, 1953, a daughter of the late Earl and Martha Knapp Schaeffer.

Mary was a 1971 graduate of Pine Grove High School.    She was a seamstress for many years at the former Fox Knapp Mfg., Pine Grove.

She was a member of Hetzel's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.

Mary enjoyed the simple life living in the country,  enjoying canning, sewing and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Ernest Schaeffer, Sr. and a sister Anna Witmer.

Surviving are her husband, Raymond Moyer;  one daughter, Tania Miller and her husband Kerry, Muir; her grandson whom she was extremely proud of, Bryce Miller, Muir.  four step-daughters and four step-grandchildren.  A brother, Franklin Bergner, Friedensburg.  Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 20th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc.
