Michael J. Lemay, Sr., 66, of Lykens, passed away unexpectedly Saturday at the Harrisburg Hospital.

Mike was born in Laconia, New Hampshire on March 3, 1951.

He was a retired police officer in Gilford, New Hampshire.

He actively attended the Calvary United Methodist Church, Wiconisco, where he was looking forward to becoming a member.

Mike had a beautiful singing voice, and he sang at church and formerly in a band.  He enjoyed singing, cooking, being a DJ and being a devoted husband.  

Surviving are his wife, Kathy Rickert Lemay; three children, Michael Lemay, Jr., Tennessee; Mark Lemay, North Carolina and Ryan Lemay, New Hampshire;  two step daughters, Lisa Leung, New Hampshire and Patricia Kennett, Massachusetts; a brother David, two sisters; Diane and Kathy. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren he was very proud of. Mike is also survived by many dear friends in New Hampshire, where he resided most of his life.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, December 6th at 11:00 am from Calvary United Methodist Church with Pastor Annette Shutt.
