Phyllis A. Leskowsky, 72, of Tower City, passed away Saturday at the Tremont Health and Rehab.

Born in Williamstown, September 3, 1943, a daughter of the late Roy and Nora Adams Long.

She was predeceased by two husbands, John Talmadge and Tom Leskowsky;  five sisters: Carol, Bessie, Shirley, Mary, Lola and Becky; Three brothers, Donald, Jr.,  Jim and Bud

Surviving are her son, Michael Talmadge; sister, Rose; brother Larry, several grandchildren; nieces and nephews
