Robin T. Spicher, 62, of Hegins, passed away Thursday at the Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Ashland, November 24, 1955, a son of Bernice Miller Griffiths, Mount Carmel and the late Bobby Spicher.
Robin was a 1973 graduate of Tri Valley High School. He was a retired highway foreman from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
He was an active member of the Valley View Church of God, where he served as a Sunday school teacher, served on stewardship and property committees, church council and a elder. He was a member of the Hegins Fire Company.
Robin was a former board member of the Valley View Park Association; a former Little League and Teener baseball coach for Tri-Valley and a former Valley View Cub scout leader.
Robin's life revolved around his family, his wife, sons and grandchildren meant the world to him. He enjoyed hunting and spending time on his farm.
Surviving in addition to his mother; are his wife of 42 years, Charlotte Updegrave Spicher; three sons, Terry Spicher, Hegins; Matthew Spicher and his wife Charlene, Hegins and Mackenzie Spicher and his wife Daniele, Ashland; his four grandchildren he adored, Riley and Logan Harman; Addyson and Maggie Spicher; two sisters, Tammy Zerbe and her husband Craig, Valley View and Tina Langel, Newport; half brother, Scott Griffiths, Wrightsville. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Monday, February 12th at 11 am from the Valley View Church of God, Valley View with Pastor Gerald Frey. Viewing will be from 9-11 am at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robin's name should be made to the Valley View Church of God, 900 West Main Street, Valley View, PA 17983.
