Ronald C. "Curly" Paul, 82, of Elizabethville, passed away Saturday at the Harrisburg Hospital.  

Born in Orwin, February 2, 1934, a son of the late Herbert and Ida Warfield Paul.

Ron retired with over 30 years of service with the former AMP, Inc., Williamstown.

He was a member of the Williamstown Fire Company, Williamstown American Legion, Williamstown Veterans of Foreign War and Tower City Loyal Order of Moose.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Marva Paul; sister, Ann Barton; brothers, Harold, Hilbert, Howard,  Raymond, Ralph and Delbert Paul.

Ron was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and gardening.

Surviving are two sons; Ronald H. Paul (Donna) and Robert Paul, two daughters, Wanda Caster (Brent) and Dianne Morrell all of Williamstown; his companion with whom he resided, Bonnie Hammaker and her children, Scott Hammaker, Gratz and Pamela Hammaker, New Cumberland; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; three sisters, Bernice Machamer, Tower City, Regina Brilhart, Reading and Glenda Geist, Williamstown. Nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Friday, April 8th at 5 pm from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc. Tower City with  Pastor Annette Shutt.  In lieu of flowers donations should be made to Williamstown Fire Company, Williamstown American Legion or the Williamstown V.F.W.
