Stanley H. Wolfgang, 93, of Main Street, Tremont, passed away Sunday at the Tremont Health and Rehab.

Born in Tremont, October 31, 1921, a son of the late Lawrence and Cora Miller Wolfgang.

Stanley was a 1939 graduate of the former Tremont High School.  He was a W.W. II Army Veteran.

He worked for over 25 years as a clerk at the former Tremont Hardware Store.  He retired as a custodian from the South Vo Tech School, Marlin.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Tremont, and the Pine Grove American Legion#374.

Stanley enjoyed being with his family, an avid fan of the Phillies, Eagles and Penn State.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers, Arthur, Wilber and Roger Wolfgang; four sisters, Erma Hatter, Marie Perrot, Madelyn Haggerty and Mary Kantanick.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Rhoda E. Carl Wolfgang; a son, Bruce C. Wolfgang, Tremont and a daughter, Diane M. Jones and her husband Bruce, Tremont; one sister, Gloria Roth, Reading; two grandsons; two step-granddaughters; three great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.  Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family from the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc.
