Williamstown - Theron Jacob Carl, infant son of Jeffrey Carl and Shannon Watkeys became an angel on January 31st.
 
In addition to his parents he is survived by step-siblings, Tim Carl, Jr., Jennifer Carl Berlynn Null and Ashley Carl.   Grandparents, Maureen Watkeys and Terry and Carol Carl.
