Thomas L. Bixler, Jr., 53, of Walnut Bottom, passed away Friday, March 17th at Select Specialty Hospital, Camp Hill.

Born in Harrisburg, May 14, 1963, a son of the late Thomas Sr. and Carol Bush Bixler.

Tom was a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School and Vale Technical Institute.

Before becoming ill Tom was an automotive mechanic. He was of the Protestant faith and a member of the Freemasons.  He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors with his sons, whether hunting, fishing, camping or boating.

He is survived by his three sons, Allen C. Bixler and his wife Tina, North Carolina; Anthony T. Bixler, Camp Hill and Nicholas L. Bixler, Hummelstown; a sister, Jane Bixler, Camp Hill. Aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc. Tower City with Pastor Annette Shutt.  Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.  Viewing will be from 10-11 at the chapel. To sign the guest book visit www.dimonfuneralhome.com
