Wayne David Spicher, 75, of Main Street, Valley View, passed away Sunday morning.

Born in Valley View, July 14, 1940, a son of the late Leon and Florence Morgan Spicher.

Wayne worked  for the family business, Spicher Brothers Wallpaper and Painting, Valley View before becoming ill.   He had also been  a coal miner.

He was very proud of his grandchildren; an avid Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Penn State fan. He enjoyed going to the racetrack, antiques and estate sales.  

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers; Bob, Leon "Punch" and Carl; three sisters, Lorraine Dimon, Carolyn Schnoke and Annabelle Coleman.

Surviving are his two children, David Wayne Spicher and his wife Julia, Rochester Mills and Beth Ann Chivers and her husband James, of Cullman, AL; a sister, Alice Forney and her husband Larry, Elizabethville.  Three grandchildren, Denna Grace Chivers; Benjamin Wayne and Emmett Cole Spicher.  Nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 11th at 3 pm from St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View, with Pastor Annette Shutt.   There will be no viewing or visitation.
