Yvonne M. Hoffman, 74, of Tower City, passed away Sunday morning at her home.

Born in Tower City, December 2, 1941, a daughter of Catherine Soliday LaBore, Tower City and the late Charles LaBore.

She was a 1959 graduate of the former Porter Tower High School.

Yvonne retired as the Postmaster from the Wiconisco Post Office.

She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Reinerton.   

Yvonne's life revolved around her family, she will be deeply missed by everyone she came in contact with, including her beloved dog Snowflake.  She enjoyed taking trips to the beach.

Surviving in addition to her mother, Catherine LaBore, Tower City; her husband of 53 years, Charles E. Hoffman, three sons; Michael C.  Hoffman and his wife Bobbi, Allentown; Steven C. Hoffman, Tower City and Brian C. Hoffman and his wife Regina, Orwigsburg; five grandchildren, Shawn, Emily, Hunter, Taylor and Katie.  

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Greenwood Cemetery, Tower City.
