Clairann M. Kasper, 61, of Williamstown, passed away unexpectedly Monday at the Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Pottsville, January 8, 1956, a daughter of the late Joseph and Joan Frank Burns.
She was a graduate of Pottsville High School. Clair was an Interior Decorator Consultant for over 20 years.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Williamstown; and a social member of the Williamstown American Legion.
Clair's entire life revolved around her family. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mom and the best nana ever. She enjoyed taking family vacations to Stone Harbor, New Jersey.
Surviving are her husband of 41 years, Patrick B. Kasper; her children, Michelle Kasper and her husband Mark Gutierrez, York; Kelly A. Updegrave and her husband Chad, Columbia; Sean P. Kasper and his wife Erica, Williamstown and Kathleen Kasper and her fiancé Dolly Santana, Jonestown. Seven grandchildren she adored, Nathan and Sophia Updegrave, Ireland, Bailey and Sean II Kasper; Gracen and Greenly Gutierrez; a brother Joseph Burns; two sisters, Mary Jane Burns and Kate Pauly all of Pottsville. Nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 1:00 pm from Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Williamstown with Rev. C. Anthony Miller as celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. A Celebration of Clair's life for family and friends will be held following the committal services at the home of Frank and Carol Kasper, Tower City. Memorial donations in Clair's name should be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Rd. Suite 100, Bala Cynwdy, PA 19004, a foundation that was very dear to Clair and her family.
