Drew Hoffman Obituary

Drew James Hoffman, infant son of Preston Hoffman and Shelbie Hook, of Tower City became an angel Tuesday evening at 7:20 pm at Lehigh Valley Hospital - East, Pottsville.

Drew was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Jill Hook

In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother, Brady J. Hoffman; a sister, Sophia M. Swartz; grandfathers, Tony Hook and Rodney Hoffman.
