Lee Gessner Obituary
Lee A. Gessner, 96, West Hanover Twp., passed away Monday at his home.
Born in Pillow, November 21, 1921, a son of the late Elias K. and Jennie M. Bower Gessner.
Lee was the retired owner of the former Gessner Vending, Inc.
He was a WW II Army Veteran
He loved and lived for his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Thelma Maiden Gessner, 2008.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol Junkin, New Cumberland; Barbara Helm, West Hanover Twp; three sons, Richard Gessner, TX; Robert Gessner, CA and William Gessner, FL.; a sister Ethel Williard, Lykens; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc., Tower City. Burial with military honors will be held in Williamstown Methodist Cemetery. Memorial donations in Lee's name should be made to Homeland Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way #270, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
