Robert A. "Speck" Nunemacher, 76, of Jonestown, formerly of Tower City, passed away Friday surrounded by loved ones at his home.

Born in Tower City, December 21, 1940, a son of the late Russel and Ruby Alvord Nunemacher. He was a graduate of Porter Tower High School in 1958. Robert was a 30 year employee of the H.B. Reese Candy Company.

He will forever be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, knack for mischief, and his never-ending devotedness to his family.

He was predecesaed by a brother, Lee Nunemacher.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Connie Bender Nunemacher; two daughters, Gloria Borges and Loriann Collins (David); a son, David Nunemacher all of Jonestown; a sister, Karen Shutt, Tower City; four grandchildren, Christopher, Heather, Haley and Dalton; three great grandchildren, Caleb, Oliva and Kennedy.  Nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Wednesday, July 19th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc. Tower City with Pastor Annette Shutt. Visitation will be from 10-11 at the chapel. Private burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Orwin.  In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to American Cancer Society, 101 W.
