Beverly A. Shade

Beverly A. Shade, 75, of Hegins, passed away early Monday morning, May 20, 2024 at her home with her family by her side.

Born in Valley View, March 14, 1949, a daughter of the late Albert "Sammy" and Anna Stutzman Miller. She attended Tri Valley High School.

Beverly was of the Christian faith.

She could often found out and about going to the casino or shopping with her sisters. She loved to go out to eat once a week with her family. Above all else, Beverly loved her family dearly and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Shade, 2012, and her brother Lyle Miller.

Surviving are her son, Greg Shade and his wife Karona, Valley View; a grandson, Joshua Lentz, Hegins; two sisters, Sandra Dinger, Mollystown, and Lois Batz, Good Spring; numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 11:00 am from the St. Peter's Cemetery, Fearnot with Pastor Stanley Helm officiating.
