A Celebration of Life Service for Brandon will be held at the Erdman Sportman's Club on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 pm.   All are welcome!   Please dress as yourselves or wear camo for Brandan.   If you wish please bring a covered dish to share.

 

Brandon M. Moyer, 34, of Valley View, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family after a  courageous and valiant fight against brain cancer.

Brandon was born in Harrisburg on May 2, 1987, a son of Brian Stoneroad and Luana Moyer of Herndon.

He was a 2005 graduate of Line Mountain High School.   He was a self employed logger.

From a very young age, Brandon could often be found in the outdoors.  His love for hunting and fishing was a huge part of his life, always looking forward to the next hunting trip.  The friends he made in the outdoors became family.    His greatest role in life was being a dad to Brielle, she was definitely  "Daddy's little girl".  He always looked forward to softball season, where he could be guaranteed to be cheering her on from the stands.    

He was preceded in death by great grandparents; Marvin and Geraldine Moyer and Richard Stoneroad. two aunts; Tammy Moyer and Denise Webster, uncle David Moyer and his mother-in-law, Cathy Zerbe.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Lori A. Zerbe Moyer,  whom they enjoyed 14 years together;  a daughter, Brielle Moyer, age 10, sister Nicole Stoneroad, Herndon, two brothers; Bob Paul (Ashley), Hegins and Brett Paul. Grandparents, David and Georgina Moyer, Spring Glen and Roy and Susan Stoneroad, Herndon, great grand mother, Helen Heintzleman, Tower City and Ruth Stoneroad, Millersburg.  His father-in-law, Carl Zerbe, Valley View, a brother-in-law, Adam Zerbe (Heather), Valley View. Aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Brandon's life will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 pm from the Erdman Sportman's Club.  Please dress as yourselves or wear camo for Brandon.  If you wish please bring a covered dish to share.

 

The family wishes to thank Hospice of Central Pennsylvania for the care they have given Brandon this past month.

 

In lieu of flowers an educational fund has been set up for his daughter Brielle,  Checks can be made payable to Brielle Moyer Education Fund, c/o Mid Penn Bank,  545 E. Grand Avenue,  Tower City, PA 17980.
