Christa Seiler, age 84, of Clarks Valley, passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer. Surrounded by her loved ones, she left this world as she lived in it - full of grace and strength.
Christa is survived by her children, John Seiler, Nicole Crockford, and Amber Seiler; her stepchildren, Scott Seiler and Lana Rodichok; and close family friend, Brenda Soricelli. She is also lovingly remembered by her eight grandchildren.
Christa had a deep love for nature, finding joy in feeding her birds and hummingbirds. Her passion for flowers and gardening was well-known among those who knew her. A member of the Eastern Star, Christa was celebrated for her feisty and outgoing personality and her unwavering willingness to help those in need.
In her life, Christa experienced the profound loss of her late husbands, Jay Seiler of Tower City, and David Norris of Lykens, as well as her son, Ronald Seiler of Tower City. Despite these heartaches, her spirit remained resilient, and she continued to share her love and care with those around her.
Private funeral services will be held with family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations to be made in Christa's memory to Justice Animal Rescue, PO Box 1451, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
Christa's legacy of kindness and her zest for life will be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
