Craig Keckler Obituary

 
Craig D. Keckler, 71, of Mechanicsburg, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 14, 2022 at UPMC, West Shore.
 
Born in Gettysburg, October 18, 1950, a son of the late Wilmer Keckler and Elizabeth Goodyear Medarac. Craig was a graduate of Bermudian Springs High School. He was a United States Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam Era.
 
Craig retired as a Quality Assurance Specialist from the Naval Depot, Mechanicsburg.
 
Craig had a great passion for horses, owning horses for many years. He was a member of the NRA, looked forward to spending time with family and friends, going to flea markets and antiques shops. 
 
Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Kathy S. Hoffman Keckler,  a sister; Bonnie Keckler, Biglersville, two brothers; Lloyd Keckler, York Springs and Pat Keckler, York Springs, step sister; Jean Melton, Texas; step brother; Joe Medarac, Arizona, an uncle, James Goodyear, Ohio. Craig is also survived by other family members and dear friends.  He will be deeply missed.
 
No services have been scheduled at this time.
