Craig E. Underkoffler

Craig E. Underkoffler, 79, Millersburg, passed away Friday, May 22nd at Carolyn's Hospice House, Harrisburg.
 
Born in Tower City, May 1, 1941, a son of the late Harvey and Mattie Hand Underkoffler.
 
Craig was a graduate of the former Porter Tower High School.  He was a United States Army Reserve Veteran.
 
Craig was a scheduler for TYCO for over 30 years. After retirement he worked as a machine operator for several years.
 
He was a member of the Millersburg Assembly of God. He was a former member of the Porter Tower Recreation Committee, a former member and secretary of the Tower City Moose,  and also a former coach for the Porter Tower Little League.    
 
Craig enjoyed fishing, hunting and took great pride in gardening.
 
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Lloyd, Paul, Fred and Earl, six sisters; Ruth, Thelma, Rachel, Kay, Marie and Merle.
 
Surviving are his three children, Matt Underkoffler and his fiancé, Wendy Matter, Tower City; Kori Bell and her husband Todd, Millersburg and Amy Welsh and her husband Rick, Greenville, NC.  6 Grandchildren.  Nieces and nephews.
 
Craig will be laid to rest privately at Greenwood Cemetery.  Donations in his memory can be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17110.
