Daniel E. Scheib

Daniel E. Scheib, 66, of Tower City passed away Thursday evening, April 20, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Dan was born in Lykens, June 18, 1956, a son of the late Lawrence and Betty Trego Scheib. He was a graduate of Williams Valley High School.

Dan retired after 44 years of service with Richmond Screw/Dayton Superior, Tremont.

He was an avid outdoorsman who could often be found hunting and riding his motorcycles and ATV. He enjoyed going to the races with his family and friends, especially to Dover.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Miller, and four brothers, Larry, Aaron, Timothy, and Paul Scheib.

Surviving are his wife to whom he celebrated 43 years of marriage on April 7, Denise Schorr Scheib; two sons, Daniel L. Scheib and his wife Sharon, and Donald J. Scheib, both of Tower City; one granddaughter who he adored, Bella Scheib; a sister, Jeanine Blyler and her husband Lenny, Jonestown.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
