Diane R. Kaster, 84, of Wiconisco, passed away early Wednesday morning, February 25, 2026 at the UPMC Hospital, Harrisburg.
Born in Wiconisco on Sunday, November 16, 1941, a daughter of the late Michael and Carrie Dietrich Usuka. She was a 1959 graduate of the former Wiconisco High School.
Diane was a longtime employee of the Susquehanna Lutheran Village, Millersburg, where she was a certified nursing assistant.
She was a former member of the Glenn Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, Lykens. Diane was of the Methodist faith.
Diane enjoyed spending time with her family, and she always looked forward to family gatherings. Her grandchildren brought her great joy.
Surviving are her two sons, Ronald Kaster and his wife Kelly, and Michael Kaster, both of Wiconisco; her eight grandchildren, Ryon and his wife Kara, Rylee, Tori and her husband Zach, Karley, Dakota, Tashena, Taylor, and Ron; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Donna Warlow and her husband William, Grantville, and Darlene Hand, Harrisburg; two brothers, Michael Usuka and his wife Gloria, Loyalton, and Devyn Usuka and his wife Anne, Friedensburg; numerous nieces and nephews.
Diane will be laid to rest privately beside her husband in the Wiconisco Calvary Cemetery.
