Edward D. Webster, 73, of Halifax, went home to the Lord surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at UPMC - Harrisburg.
 
Born in Hershey, June 3, 1948, a son of the late John and Retha Enders Webster.   Ed was a proud United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
 
He was a self-employed truck driver all his life.
 
He was a very active and faithful member of the Crossroads of Life Apostolic Church, Elizabethville. Ed enjoyed spending time at his camp in Tioga County, hunting, and will be remembered for his strong work ethic. His life revolved around his family whom he dearly loved and his church.  
 
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Jon Webster and a sister, Mary Schwalm.
 
Surviving are the love of his life, his beloved wife Esther L. Miller Webster, whom he would have celebrated 51 years of marriage on December 13th, they enjoyed a love like no other, starting at the age of 15. His three children, Steven Webster and his wife Heather, Williamstown; Carolyn Webster, Lykens and Sharon Rebuck, Halifax. Eight grandchildren; Tyler, Josh, Ryan, Austin, Kaitlinn, Gage, Evan and Ariah; one great grandson, Aiden. His nine siblings, Wayne Webster, Halifax, Nancy Keiter, Halifax, Ruth Bordner, Hegins, Ellen Wagner, Hershey, John Webster, Jr., Sunbury, Dave Webster, Lykens, Darlene Oxenrider, Klingerstown, Joe Webster, Newville and Cathy Oxenrider, Lykens. Nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
 
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 11:00 am from Crossroads of Life Apostolic Church, Elizabethville.   Burial with military honors will be in the Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax. Viewing will be from 9-11 am at the church. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to his church, 436 Rakers Mill Road,  Elizabethville, PA 17023.
