Florence R. Collins

Florence R. "Floss" Collins, 82, of Williamstown, passed away early Monday morning, May 16, 2022 at UPMC- Harrisburg with her daughters by her side.

Born in Williamstown, September 20, 1939, a daughter of the late James Reedinger and Dorothy Travitz Woods.

Floss will be remembered for the love and support she shown to her family her entire life. She dedicated her life to her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren always being their number one supporter. Her grandchildren were the center of her world, always taking interest in whatever they were doing in life. She enjoyed following them in all of their high school and college activities.    Floss always look forward to her weekly hair appointment at the beautician.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dale Collins, 2009 and a brother James Reedinger, 2022.

Surviving are her three daughters; Kathy J. Williams (David), Williamstown, Dotti D. Raubenstine (Raub), Elizabethville and Greta G. Neiswender (Bill), Berrysburg, four grandchildren; David Williams IV (Jen), Dale Williams (Morgan), Erica Kasper (Sean) and Ty Raubenstine (Emily), 10 great grandchildren, Lilyana, Sarah, Noah, Liam, Paige, Parker and Presley Williams, Ireland, Bailey and Seanie II Kasper. Five sisters; Judi Brownewell, Boiling Springs, Karen Bach, Meshoppen, Julia Reedinger, Mechanicsburg, Ruth Harvey, Mechanicsburg and Susan Royal, Clifton Heights. Nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 11:00 am from the Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown with Pastor Annette Shutt officiating.
