John F. "Jack" Wagner, 87, of Mount Joy, passed away peacefully Sunday night, December 31, 2023 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.
Born in Pottsville, January 27, 1936, a son the late Mary A. Wagner Ritzman. Jack attended Tremont High School.
Jack was a life long truck driver. He retired from ABF Trucking Company.
He was a member of Swartara Lodge #267 F&AM, Tremont. While living in Tremont, Jack was very active with the Tremont Area Ambulance Association.
In addition to his mother, Jack was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Wagner, a sister Dawn Kimmel, two brother, Terry Ritzman and Robert Wagner.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Carole A. Ellinger Wagner; one daughter, Wanda Lehman (Michael), Florida; a son, John Wagner (Cynthia), Lititiz; three brothers, Arthur Ritzman (Maria), Lebanon, Carl Ritzman, Blandon, and Claude Ritzman (Carol), Pine Grove; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
