Judy A. Rutledge

Judy A. Rutledge, 74, of Williamstown, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Quakertown.

Born in Pottsville, March 11, 1947, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Mae Gongloff Witmer. She was a 1965 graduate of the former Porter Tower High School.

Judy was a retired seamstress from the garment industry.

She loved being a Nana to her grandchildren, they brought much joy to her life. Judy enjoyed doing crafts, especially plastic canvas artwork.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her daughter-in-law, Carla Rutledge and two brothers, William and Kenneth Witmer.

Surviving are her two children, Kristie D. Blain and her husband, Dean, Lykens and Tyson R. Rutledge, Missouri,  five grandchildren; Natalie, Casey, and Kymberlie Blain, Cole and Easton Rutledge. One sister, Bonnie Ruch, Tower City; a brother, Terry Witmer, Tower City. She is also survived by Bryce and Dylan Cahill, whom Judy dearly loved and helped raise.  Nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Judy's life will be held on Friday, October 15th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc., Tower City.
