Lester Paul Beistline, 75, of Harrisburg passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at his home.
Born on October 28, 1949, Paul was the son of the late Mildred Cleveland.
He was last employed with Howard Johnson's, where he worked in the maintenance department and acted as a jack-of-all trades, helping out wherever needed.
Paul was an avid outdoorsman. He loved taking care of his plants, spending time at the river, hunting, and he especially loved fishing. He enjoyed relaxing with his one of favorite beers in hand, an Old Milwaukee pounder or Coors Light. He also had a pet cat named Tuts and an Oscar fish which he took great care of. Paul will be remembered for his independent disposition and stubborn demeanor. He had a come-and-go type of personality and was adamant of doing things on his own.
Surviving are his children, Brandy, Adrian Beistline, Lykens, Tiffany Beistline, Carlisle, Michelle Williams, New Bloomfield, and Eric Beistline, Lykens; Angel Jones who was like a daughter to him; numerous grandchildren.
The Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., Tower City, is honored to handle Paul's private funeral arrangements. To send condolences, visit www.dimonfuneralhome.com.
