Linda Hatter Obituary

Linda M. Hatter, 67, of Donaldson, passed away very unexpectedly early Thursday morning, April 4, 2024 at her home.

Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, February 21, 1957, a daughter of the late Richard and Lucille Hetu Horan. Linda was a graduate of William Tolman High School in Pawtucket. She was raised in the Catholic faith.

She recently retired in December from Hollywood Casino where she worked as a slot attendant for the past 16 years.

She could often be found antiquing with her sister, doing crafts, or working in her flower beds and ponds. She took great pride in the upkeep of her home. Linda will be remembered as a phenomenal baker and cook who was always excited to feed others. Above all else, Linda will be remembered for her love and pride for her family. Her children and granddaughter meant the world to her. She made a lifetime of memories during her trips to the beach with those closest to her.

She was affectionately known as "Momma Hatter" to family and friends. You could always count on Linda to be there for you with a lending ear and words of encouragement.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, David "Prune" Hatter on October 30, 2020.
