Lisa E. Phillips

Lisa E. Phillips, 56, of Millersburg passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 following a courageous 19 year battle with multiple sclerosis.

Born in Harrisburg, November 26, 1966, a daughter of Steve Wilbert, Millersburg, and the late Barbara Eggleston Wilbert. Lisa was a 1984 graduate of Millersburg High School.

She was last employed by the Newport VFW.

Lisa's greatest role in life was that of being a mom to her three sons whom she adored and was extremely proud of.  

Despite her long fight with MS, she never let that slow her down, she enjoyed life to the fullest.

Surviving her are her father, Steve Wilbert, three sons, Heath Butts, Massachusetts, Cody Phillips and Austin Phillips, both of North Carolina; two sisters, Ginger Wilbert, California and Tina Wilbert, Millersburg and her beloved three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 from the Millersburg Assembly of God, 2261 Shippen Dam Rd, Millersburg. A viewing will be from 10-11 am at the church. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Garden, Halifax.
