Madelon M. Deiter

Madelon M. Deiter, 64, of Lebanon, formerly of Tower City, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026 at her home, following a brief illness.

Born in Gratz on Sunday, July 23, 1961, she was a daughter of Marilyn Lucas Harner, Tower City, and the late Wilmer Harner. 

She was of the Protestant faith.

Madelon's family was her entire world. She loved her grandchildren with all of her heart.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Harner and a sister, Elaine McClain.

Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband of 46 years, Alvin Deiter; three children, Danielle Moore (Steven), Jeremiah Deiter (Deidra), and Amanda Pokrop (Brandon); eight grandchildren, Chloe, Olivia, Aspen, Owen, Odessa, Margaret, Orion, and Maisie; siblings, Geary McClain (Beth), Matt Harner, Valerie Atwell (Archie), Judy Adams (Sam), and Mark Harner; numerous nieces and nephews.

Following Madelon's wishes there will be no formal services.
