Makayla M. Creeley

Makayla Marie Creeley, 24, of Halifax, passed away tragically in an automobile accident early Monday morning, June 16, 2025 in Reed Township, Dauphin County.

Makayla was born on Thursday, January 4, 2001, a beloved daughter of Kevin D. Creeley and Cristy S. Boteler Creeley.

She was last employed at Giant Food Market, Halifax.

Makayla could often be found in the outdoors, taking in everything nature had to offer. She enjoyed hiking, cooking, and drawing. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Duane and Ruth Creeley and Danny Boteler, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Leslie Boteler, Kevin Creeley Jr., Katelynn Creeley, Samantha Creeley, and Justin Creeley; her grandmother, Pamela Boteler; a niece, Kaelynn Creeley; a nephew, Grayson Boteler; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City, with Pastor Amanda Bressler officiating. Viewing will be from 2-3 at the chapel.
