Mary Lou & Bradford Pease Obituary

Mary Lou Pease11/28/1941-03/26/2025     Bradford Austin Pease11/03/1938-04/27/2021

Jim, Bill and Kathy announce that our parents are united again in Heaven.   Our Mother joined Dad this week.  Dad entered Heaven in 2021, in Pensacola, FL, joining our sister, Mary Elizabeth.

Dad was a dairy farmer in Niagara County, New York for many years, and then became an agricultural industry expert for Agway and AgChem.   In his spare time dad  loved music, and built his own organ.   When he wasn’t playing music, he was taking pictures.  Dad’s pictures were of professional quality, and he even enjoyed developing them in his own darkroom within our home.   Mom worked at home caring for our family.   Mom was a talented seamstress, and sewed many of our clothes.   When she wasn’t sewing, she was baking.  She made an apple pie cake that could have won awards!

Our parents loved the Adirondacks.  We vacationed there at least once a year, and sometimes twice.   They eventually purchased a small cabin in Indian Lake, and later owned a full time home in Old Forge.   They moved to Hershey, PA in 2001, and to Ocala, FL in 2006 after Dad retired.   In 2017, they moved to Navarre, FL to be closer to their oldest granddaughter and her family.  They had many friends from NY to FL.

They are survived by  their three children and their spouses, James Bradford Pease, and Janine of Palmyra, PA, William Earl Pease, and Thuy of Hershey, PA, and Mary Kathryn Rauch, and Robert of Bemus Point, NY.   They have 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren who adored them.    Our father’s sister, Beverly Collins and her husband Robert also survive as well as many nieces and nephews.

We would like to acknowledge the wonderful caring staff at Country Meadows in Hershey.  Our Mother was well taken care of, and loved.

We would also like to acknowledge the compassionate, and attentive doctors, nurses and support staff at Hershey Medical Center.

Thank you to our many friends who have been there for us during the loss of our parents.

Private graveside service to be held at a later date.
