Patricia A. Bressler

Patricia A. Bressler, 78, of Lykens, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at her home with her daughter by her side. 

Pat was born in Pottsville, July 5, 1946, a daughter of the late Roy and Catherine Mae Hand Bush. She was a graduate of the former Porter Tower High Class of 1964.

Through the years, she was a faithful member of Christ United Methodist Church, where she served God and her church well.

While she was able, Pat enjoyed cross stitch and knitting. She loved to watch the Phillies. She and her late husband of 49 years, enjoyed their time spent in Florida. She was known for her “Patricia Stories” and loved to give joy and light. She adored her puppy, Kessie. 

Pat spent her life as a homemaker and adored her family and wanted nothing more than to be the best mom and grandmother she could be.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond “Butch” Bressler, 2017, and her brother Greg Bush, 2021.

Surviving are her two children, Raymond “Tug” Bressler and his wife Jenine, Williamstown and Amanda Bressler, Lykens. Her beloved grandchildren, Ainsley, Alden Kenley, Rose, and Aurora. Her bonus granddaughters, Nala, Clara, and Kamryn. Her nephew Matthew Bush and his wife Kimberly, Shrewsbury, and their children Corey, Connor, and Lexi.  

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc. Tower city with Pastor Annette Shutt officiating. Viewing will be held from 10-11am at the chapel. Pat will be laid to rest next to her husband at the Greenwood Cemetery. Luncheon and time of fellowship will follow at Christ United Methodist Church.
