Patricia M. Shutt

Patricia M. Shutt, 71, of Enola, formerly of Lykens, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024 at her home with her son by her side.

Born in Nesquehoning on August 22, 1953, Pat was the daughter of the late Vincent and Catherine Santor Russo.

She was of the Catholic faith, belonging to Our Lady Help of Christian Parish, Lykens. Within the church, she served on the parish council of Catholic women. She also belonged to The First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association.

Pat was a registered nurse, retiring in the home health industry.

In her younger years, Pat could often be found gardening and collecting antiques with her husband. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan. Above all else, her family was her world. She was the type of mother who would do anything for her children and supported them in all their activities throughout the years including, music, art, and sports. Pat and Floyd will be remembered for their love, support and sacrifices made for their children - an example of what wonderful parents they were. Pat also loved spending as much time as she could with her grandson. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Floyd Shutt, 2018.

Surviving are her daughter, Nicole Shutt and her husband Scott Dibble, Wisconsin; a son, Jarid Shutt, Enola; a grandson, Quentin Shutt, Enola; a brother Frank Russo, Texas.
