Pearl Naomi Sabatino, of Hegins, passed away Friday, May 22nd at her home.
Born in Hegins, June 26, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Herman F. and Jennie M. Miller Dunkelberger.
Pearl was a 1945 graduate of Hegins Township High School. A retired seamstress and proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was a member of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hegins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Philip Sabatino, 1977; a daughter, Gail Marie Koppenhaver, 2019; a sister Marilyn King, brother Maynard Dunbkelberger and sister-in-law, Darlene Dunkelberger.
Mam Tino as she was fondly known by her family loved to roller skate, go bowling, play bingo with Jenny and attend sporting events, musicals and concerts of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter Sharon Lee and her husband Elwood E. Erdman, Hegins, son-in-law, Robert W. Koppenhaver, Hegins; a sister, Gloria J. Spotts, Plano TX. a granddaughter Tammy L. Erdman and her husband Jeff R. Klinger; grandsons, Jeffrey E. Erdman, Philip R. Koppenhaver and Matthew P. Deibert and his wife Shanna. Great Granddaughters, Jennifer L. Clink and Amelia S. Deibert and great grandson, Camden M. Deibert. Nieces and nephews.
