Ronnie W. Kroh, 48, of Hegins, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday evening, January 22, 2024.
Born in Pottsville, June 15, 1975. He was the son of Richard A. Kroh and Margaret Kutsey Kroh. He attended Pine Grove Area School District.
He was previously employed at Coal Contractors as an operator. Ronnie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed being "Big Pap" to his five grandchildren. He loved working with his hands - you could often find him wrenching or breaking something. His other interests included tinkering and shooting pool. A passion for collecting new antiques took Ronnie to various locations. Ronnie always saw value in everything, just ask his son Zack to see his basement, shed, or barn.
Ronnie will be remembered for his sense of humor and quick-witted comebacks and comments. Always willing to help anyone with a need, Ronnie will be missed.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Andy and Jean Lucas Kroh and William and Mick Kutsey, a brother, Richie Kroh, Jr., a nephew, Austin Kroh, and an aunt, Sherry Kroh.
Surviving are his companion, Patricia Hellinger, Pine Grove; his estranged wife, Rebecca Miller Kroh, Donaldson; his father, Richard Kroh and his wife Donna, Joliett; his mother, Margaret Kutsey Kroh, Tremont; a brother, Dwayne Kroh and his wife Mayanna, Pine Grove; Ronnie's children, Zachary Kroh, Lacey Kroh, Cody Kroh, and Colton Kroh; his bonus daughters, Stephanie and Tessa Hellinger, Pine Grove; stepsisters, Rochele Spencer, Angela Kerstetter, and Vicky Whitesel; stepbrother, Rob Whitesel; his grandchildren by Lacey with her fiancée John Rumbel - Noah, Noel, Raegan, and Ridge Rumbel; his grandson by Zachary - Clyde Kroh; numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
