Suzanne Elaine Womeldorf, 69, of Lykens, passed away suddenly early Saturday morning, January 18, 2025 at her home.
Born in Harrisburg, on Thursday, March 17, 1955, a daughter of Emma Jane Bordner Grim, Millersburg and the late Marlin Grim.
Suzanne was raised in Millersburg and a graduate of Millersburg Area High School class of 1973.
She was a retired analyst from Tyco, Electronics, Harrisburg, where she worked for many years. After her time at Tyco, she studied as a cardiovascular tech, working at Holy Spirit Hospital.
While living in West Virginia, Suzanne and her late husband Richard were very active with the Shepherdstown Presbyterian Church. She was also affiliated with the Trinity United Church of Christ, Millersburg.
She was known for her passion for crocheting, baking, playing the flute, and cooking meals that brought everyone together. Suzanne could often be found watching Hallmark movies and looked forward to her trips to Florida, where she enjoyed fishing and spending time with her son and his family.
In addition to her father, she was peceded in death by two husbands, Wayne Berardi and Richard Womeldorf. Suzanne was also preceded in death a sister and a brother, Deborah Shoop and Steve Grim.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her two sons, Sheldon Crum, Jr., Florida and Chris Crum, Lykens; daughter-in-laws, Teresa and Joelle Crum; her grandchildren, Amanda and Lauren Crum, Felicia Hollis, Emma Shoop, Alexis Napier, Sara Crum, Hanna Marsau and Gabrielle Hamilton; a great grandchildren, Anakin Napier; a sister, Sandra Snyder, Millersburg; Numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved dog Luna.
A Celebration of Suzanne's Life will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 1-2. Following the service, everyone is invited to Ciao's Pizza, Lykens, for a luncheon and time of fellowship.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dimon Funeral Home, 644 E Grand Avenue, Tower City, PA 17980 to help with expenses.
