Teri Ann Scheib, 64, of Lykens, passed away Saturday evening, March 22, 2025 at UPMC-Harrisburg, with her family by her side after a sudden illness.
Born in Lykens on Monday, January 2, 1961, a daughter of Irene Shreve Dubbs, Tower City and the late Eugene Dubbs.
Teri was a 1978 graduate of Williams Valley High School.
She was the current Secretary for St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tower City. Teri retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. She had also worked at Ft. Indiantown Gap and for her mother at Irene's Bakery.
She was a lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tower City.
Teri enjoyed knitting, crocheting and tending to her many house plants. She always looked forward to her trips with her mom to the casino and having breakfast at the Williamstown Legion every weekend. Above all, her greatest joy was that of her family. She adored her grandchildren and will be deeply missed.
Surviving in addition to her mother, are her husband, Brian K. Scheib, to whom she would have celebrated 43 years of marriage in June; her son, Brian Schieb (Hailie), Tower City, three grandchildren, Brian, Brantley and BrynLee Scheib; one brother, Gene Dubbs, Tower City; a nephew, Dennis Dubbs,
A Celebration of Teri's life will be held on Saturday, April 5th at 11:00 am from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tower City with Pastor Annette Shutt officiating. A visitation will be held from 10-11 at the church. Following the service there will be a luncheon and time of fellowship in the church social hall.
Through her selflessness and generosity, Teri chose to become an organ donor through the Gift of Life program. In doing so, she touched the lives of others in the most profound way, giving the gift of life to those in need.
