Thomas M. Dolan, 60, of Harrisburg, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at his home.
Born in Camp Hill on Wednesday, May 20, 1964 a son of the late Thomas J. and Ruby Coleman Dolan.
Tom was a 1982 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School. He also graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in economics.
He was most recently employed at RK Furs, Scranton. He previously worked for Muscalus Furs.
He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Williamstown American Legion.
He will be remembered for his love of Notre Dame Football and the Philadelphia Eagles. Anyone who knew Tom knew he was one of the biggest Notre Dame fans around. He shared his passion for football by coaching Peewee football at Good Shepherd School District and high school football at Trinity High School. When the weather was nice, Tom could often be found on the golf course, enjoying one of his favorite pastimes. Beyond sports, Tom had a wide range of interests, including art, music, literature, and interior design.
Surviving are his three sisters, Karen Morgan and her husband Frank, Texas, Debra Dolan, Camp Hill, and Christine Dolan and her companion Keith Phillips, Harrisburg; nieces and nephews, James and Jenna Webber, Shannon and Shea Dolan, and Drew Roque; numerous cousins and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 11:00 AM from Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Chapel, Tower City. Viewing will be from 10:30-11 at the church. Tom will be laid to rest besides his parents in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Williamstown.
